TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Thai Pathways (hereinafter 'the Company') and the student ('the Student') regarding the provision of internship, study abroad, and faculty-led programs. 1. PROGRAM REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of a completed application and the non-refundable deposit. Full program fees must be settled by [DATE] or at least 60 days prior to the program start date. Failure to pay may result in immediate cancellation of enrollment. 2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY. If the Student cancels, the following applies: (a) Cancellation more than 90 days before the start: 50% refund (excluding deposit). (b) Cancellation 30-89 days before: 25% refund. (c) Cancellation within 30 days or after the program start: No refunds. 3. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND VISAS. It is the sole responsibility of the Student to ensure they possess a valid passport, necessary visas, and travel insurance throughout the duration of the program. The Company provides administrative guidance but bears no liability for visa denials or immigration entry issues. 4. CODE OF CONDUCT. Students are expected to adhere to the laws of Thailand and the host country. Misconduct, illegal activity, or disregard for program policies is grounds for immediate dismissal without refund. 5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. The Student acknowledges that international travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to health hazards, political instability, and transportation accidents. The Student agrees to waive and release Thai Pathways from any liability arising from such risks. 6. MEDICAL AND TRAVEL INSURANCE. Comprehensive medical and emergency evacuation insurance is mandatory for all participants. Evidence of coverage must be submitted to the Company prior to arrival. 7. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS. The Company reserves the right to modify, adjust, or cancel programs due to unforeseen circumstances, including health emergencies or force majeure events. 8. GOVERNING LAW. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangkok. ACKNOWLEDGMENT. Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY FOR THAI PATHWAYS. EFFECTIVE DATE: [DATE]. 1. SCOPE: This Refund Policy applies to all participants (the 'Student') enrolled in any program, including internships, study abroad, and faculty-led initiatives, provided by Thai Pathways (the 'Company'). 2. APPLICATION FEE: All applications require a non-refundable application fee of [AMOUNT] to process enrollment materials and initial administrative setup. 3. CANCELLATION BY THE STUDENT: If the Student decides to cancel their enrollment, the following schedule applies: (a) Cancellation more than 60 days before the program start date: 80% of the program fee is refundable, excluding the non-refundable application fee. (b) Cancellation between 30 and 59 days before the program start date: 50% of the program fee is refundable. (c) Cancellation less than 30 days before the program start date: No refund will be issued. 4. CANCELLATION BY THAI PATHWAYS: Should Thai Pathways be forced to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure, travel restrictions, or insufficient enrollment, the Student will be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid, excluding the non-refundable application fee. 5. EARLY DEPARTURE: If a Student departs a program early due to personal reasons, disciplinary action, or voluntary withdrawal, no refund will be provided. 6. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Thai Pathways administration office by the Student ([STUDENT NAME]) or their legal guardian. Requests will be reviewed within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval via the original payment method. 7. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS: Thai Pathways reserves the right to make minor adjustments to program itineraries for logistical or safety reasons. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund. 8. INSURANCE AND EXTERNAL COSTS: Thai Pathways is not responsible for refunding external costs incurred by the Student, such as flight bookings, visa fees, or personal insurance premiums. It is highly recommended that all Students procure comprehensive travel insurance. 9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By submitting the enrollment deposit, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Refund Policy.

Liability Waiver & Release

LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT. This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement (the 'Agreement') is entered into by and between Thai Pathways ('Company') and [STUDENT NAME] ('Participant'). In consideration of being permitted to participate in the internship, study abroad, or faculty-led program provided by the Company in Thailand or Southeast Asia (the 'Program'), the Participant agrees to the following: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. The Participant acknowledges that travel and participation in international programs involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, transportation accidents, medical emergencies, political instability, exposure to unfamiliar environments, disease, and varying safety standards. The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks, known and unknown, arising from or related to the Program. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. The Participant, for themselves and their heirs, hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges Thai Pathways, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action, including those arising from the negligence of the Company, that may arise out of or relate to the Participant's involvement in the Program. 3. INDEMNIFICATION. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that the Company may incur due to the Participant's actions, negligence, or breach of this Agreement. 4. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION. The Participant acknowledges that they are in good health and have no physical or mental conditions that would interfere with their ability to participate. In the event of an emergency, the Participant authorizes the Company to secure medical treatment on their behalf, and the Participant agrees to be responsible for all associated costs. 5. COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES. The Participant agrees to adhere to all rules, regulations, and codes of conduct established by the Company and local authorities. Failure to comply may result in immediate dismissal from the Program without refund. 6. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. 7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT. Student Code of Conduct

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THAI PATHWAYS PROGRAMS. 1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: This Code of Conduct sets forth the standards of behavior expected of all students participating in programs offered by Thai Pathways. By enrolling, the student agrees to adhere to these standards to ensure a safe, respectful, and culturally immersive environment. 2. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY: Students must engage in all academic activities with honesty. Plagiarism, cheating, and falsification of documents are strictly prohibited. 3. RESPECT FOR LOCAL CULTURE AND LAWS: Thailand and Southeast Asian nations have unique cultural norms and legal systems. Students are expected to demonstrate respect for local customs, religious sites, and monarchical traditions. Any violation of local laws, including drug possession, public intoxication, or harassment, is subject to immediate dismissal from the program. 4. SAFETY AND SECURITY: Students must follow all safety briefings and guidance provided by Thai Pathways staff. Unauthorized travel outside of prescribed program areas or failure to report whereabouts as required is prohibited. 5. PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS: The following are strictly forbidden: discrimination or harassment based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation; violence or threats of violence; use of illegal substances; and damage to host property or educational facilities. 6. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS: Thai Pathways reserves the right to terminate participation in the program for any student found in violation of this Code. Termination may result in the forfeiture of program fees and immediate repatriation at the student's expense. 7.
