Responsible Travel

Thailand Pathways compensates local guides, educators, facilitators and community organizations for their time, expertise and program support.

Community homestay activities are developed around locally identified priorities and may change when weather or community needs require a different approach.

The program emphasizes learning, responsible participation and long-term environmental awareness. Thailand Pathways does not support exploitative animal attractions, elephant riding, staged community encounters or unqualified orphanage volunteering.
