Explore Thailand Beyond the Typical Tour
Thailand Pathways offers two small-group Summer 2027 journeys for university students, recent graduates and young adults seeking more than a conventional vacation.
Both programs begin in Bangkok and combine cultural learning, locally grounded experiences, guided activities and time to develop independence. Participants travel with an experienced Thailand Pathways Program Leader and a full-time licensed Thai guide.
Choose the Southern Thailand program for Kanchanaburi's history, conservation learning, waterfalls and Koh Phangan, or select the Northern Thailand program for Ayutthaya, rural community life, Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai.
Program sizes are limited to 12–20 participants.
Thailand Discovery: Bangkok, Kanchanaburi and Koh Phangan
Travel from Bangkok to the history and natural landscapes of Kanchanaburi before continuing by sleeper train and ferry to Koh Phangan. Combine conservation, cultural learning, waterfalls, marine environments, wellness and island life before returning to Bangkok.
